Mr. Jim, Xue Jian Min, Now he is the Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Double Coin Holdings Limited(a listed company
on the Shanghai Stock Exchange) and concurrent post many companies' chairmen, the director and the supervisor which
the Group invests, holds qualifications of Senior Chartered Accountant, CICPA, MPAcc of CUHK.

In 2004, Mr. Xue was awarded the“2004 China Excellent CFO”by “China CFO Year Character Evaluates Committee”.

Mr. Xue also is the Representative of 13th Session of Shanghai Municipal People's Congress, Representative of 2nd & 3th
Session of Shanghai Huangpu District People's Congress, Member of Finance and Economics Working Committee and
Member of budgets jury committee of Standing Committee of the 2nd & 3th Session of Shanghai Huangpu District People's
Congress.

Mr. Xue has  Published some articles  on the state level core magazine of accounting and the economic etc., Graduation
thesis of bachelor degree  "On Accounting of Exchange Balance in Joint Ventures after Unifying Exchange Rate" Be
awarded the Fine Thesis of “The second session (1993-1997) the Excellent Thesis” Choice by International Taxation
Research Society of China. 

Started from August, 1976 Mr. Xue to be engaged in finance and accounting the work up to now already the nearly 30
years, he was awarded the“Accountant Honor Certificate of Peole's Republic of China”, including from May, 1985 to
September, 2001 is engaged in the joint venture company experienced over 16 years.

Mr. Xue served as the Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Double Coin Holdings Limited (Original named Shanghai Tyre
& Rubber Co., Ltd.), his responsible directly reporting to the Chairman, supervise and responsible control Group's financial
management, budgeting control and Assets operation, ERP implementation, and subsidiary companies' managing and
financial position, in charge of Group's Financial Division, Assets Division and Information Technology Division.

The Shanghai Double Coin Holdings Limited was in 1992 china tire industry first issued share A & B listed on the market in the
Shanghai Securities Exchange. In 2001 before 2 years loss continuously, in 2000 lost more than RMB 436 million. Mr.
Xue join in the group since October, 2001, is the group company standard financial control, the establishment budget
control system, the strengthened cash flow control, reduces the cost and the expense, impels ERP and OA system
implementation application has made the prominent contribution. The previous turn of group has turned losses into profit
since 2001 continues to gain, the sales year grew 24%, and the profit year grows 94%, already marches into the benign
development track.

Mr. Xue Worked the nearly for 10 years from 1976 in the  Nuclear Industry Ministry Eighth Research Institute  financial
department, successively held the posts of cashier, cost, budgeting, general ledger, analysis of budget accounting system,
as a financial manager, he was responsible with the Cabot Corp. for joint venture project commercial negotiations. (Cabot
Corp. in 1985 the American first 500 big companies placed 223rd).

After in 1985 the joint venture Shanghai Stellite Co., Ltd.  ( is 55th joint venture which Shanghai authorized ) had been
established, Mr. Xue served as the  financial manager, assign to the Cabot Corp. to for "Financial Management Training
Programs". To stands during for 10 years in the Shanghai Stellite, organized and established company's financial and
operation system, including the financial regulation design, accounting rules and manage procedure, was responsible for
general manager, to attend board meeting, submitted the financial report directly to the board of directors.

From 1995 in the  Shanghai Reeferco Container Co., Ltd.  a joint venture invest and controlling interest 97.7% by Singamas
Container Holdings Limited of Hong Kong (a public listed company in Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchange, one of
world's leading container manufacturers) and Hyundai Group of South Korean. Mr. Xue served as the vice financial controller,
is responsible for general manager, to be in charge of the company's finance and management, organized and established
Reeferco's financial and operation system, with responsible for financial report to Hong Kong Singamas Group. Coordinate
the GAAP's difference of mainland and Hong Kong, Established budget control system and relations of bank facilities,
Supervise and control Company's financial and operation, Coordinate relations with local Government Department.

Mr. Xue after participation work, is assiduous diligently, basis part-time training, separately by the outstanding result
obtained the college diploma in Accounting Major in 1984, obtained bachelor degree of Foreign Financial and Accounting
Major in  University of Scientific and Technical of Beijing  in 1994, obtained Master of Professional Accountacy in Programme
of  Chinese University of Hong Kong and Honours: Dean's List, 2004-2005.
